Headquartered in New York, with 20+ offices and 3,000+ developers worldwide, Vention helps leading tech companies accelerate their product vision and scale operations. To match the company’s growing influence and sophisticated client base, we embarked on a full-scale brand overhaul.
As Head of the in-house design studio, I collaborated with Pentagram to shape the foundational elements and guide the strategy. From there, my team took the lead in building a comprehensive visual system deeply rooted in the brand idea, extending it across every touchpoint — from a 200+ page website to office signage and merchandise — all in time for the global rebrand launch.
The Website
To successfully redesign the website, we set up an elaborate design system and a library of versatile modules while honoring the dynamic geometry at the heart of the new identity. To meet the growing preference for user choice, the website was designed in both dark and light modes.
The website and blog earned two Honorable Mentions from Awwwards for their design and execution.
Print and Digital Collateral
From animated social templates and 700 modular deck slides to newsletters and event collateral — we created a cohesive suite of marketing and recruitment assets.
To achieve instant brand recognition without relying on a single signature color, we utilized a complex palette, assigning one secondary color per asset. This approach ensured visual variety while maintaining consistency through graphic elements, typography, and layouts.
Awards and Recognition
Through ongoing creative efforts as an in-house design studio, we consistently expanded and refined the brand identity, earning industry recognition for our work.
Brand Guidelines
To ensure global adoption and consistent usage of the new identity, we developed a custom brand portal as a centralized hub for guidelines, templates, and assets — safeguarding long-term brand integrity across all company locations.
