As Head of the in-house design studio, I collaborated with Pentagram to shape the foundational elements and guide the strategy. From there, my team led the rollout across every touchpoint — from a 200+ page website to office signage and merchandise — all in time for the global rebrand launch.
For the website redesign, we developed a comprehensive design system and a library of versatile modules while honoring the dynamic geometry at the core of the new identity. The website and blog earned two Honorable Mentions from Awwwards for their design and execution.
Beyond digital, we created a full suite of marketing and recruitment assets, including animated social templates, 700 modular deck slides, newsletters, and event collateral. To ensure long-term brand consistency, we also designed a custom brand portal — a centralized hub for guidelines, templates, and assets — enabling seamless adoption across global offices.
